Job Description – Store Manager
Fresco Organic Laundry & Dry Cleaning
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the store on time and maintain cleanliness.
Handle customers professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Enter orders, generate bills, and maintain accurate records.
Count, tag, and verify garments to avoid mix-ups.
Coordinate dry-cleaning operations and check garment quality.
Assign deliveries to delivery executives and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor daily cash flow, payments, and sales.
Manage staff, store inventory, and daily operations.
Track pending orders, resolve customer complaints, and submit daily reports.
Requirements: Positive communication, basic computer skills, honesty, punctuality, and responsibility.
Goal: Ensure smooth store operations, accurate accounting, quality service, and timely deliveries.
