Role & responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marble and tile installation,maintenance, and application issues.
Guide architects, interior designers, contractors, and customers on product specifications and installation best practices.
Conduct site visits to resolve technical concerns and ensure proper product application.
Deliver product training and technical presentations to customers, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure quality control, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to support customer requirements.

Desired Skill Set:
B.Tech (or equivalent) in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
Solid understanding of construction materials, installation techniques, and product specifications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail with the ability to train and collaborate effectively across teams.
