lectrical Engineer (Installation, Testing & Commissioning)

Role & Responsibilities
Execute installation of electrical equipment up to 145kV (transformers, breakers, relays, insulators, conductors, reactors, disconnectors, lightning arresters, optical ground wires, etc.).
Lay HV, MV, LV power & control cables and perform proper termination.
Carry out transmission line erection works (3.3kV to 145kV).
Perform testing & commissioning of AIS & GIS substations, protection relays, circuit breakers, transformers, CTs, PTs, CVTs, generators, motors, batteries, chargers, and capacitor banks.
Conduct scheme checking, logic verification, and interlock testing.
Handle retrofitting, servicing, and maintenance of electrical equipment.
Perform electrical load power analysis and monitoring.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain switchyard/switchgear equipment.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Diploma/ITI in Electrical.
Experience:



17 years in installation, testing, commissioning, and O&M; of substations and transmission lines.VCB cleaning and maintenance
Technical Skills:
Solid knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems.
Hands-on experience with VCB/ACB testing, VCB/ACB servicing, and panel work.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schemes.
Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and safety protocols.
