Role & responsibilities

Job Description: Guidewire Technical Lead
Lead the technical design, development, configuration, and customization of Guidewire applications.
Define scalable and maintainable technical solutions aligned with Guidewire best practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and ensure code quality.
Oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
Review technical designs, code, unit tests, and deployment plans.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support production incidents.
Manage technical risks, dependencies, performance optimization,



and application stability.
Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, release planning, and Agile ceremonies.
Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and SDLC processes.
Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
812 years of overall IT experience, with substantial hands-on experience in Guidewire development.
Robust expertise in at least one Guidewire InsuranceSuite module: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
