Key Responsibilities:
Maintain valuable relationship with existing regular clients
Communicate with current clients and convert them
Daily calling, WhatsApp messaging and follow-ups
Understand client needs and provide solutions
Resolve client queries and complaints
Maintain client data and daily reports
Requirements: Positive Communication Skills, Client Handling, Basic Computer Knowledge. Freshers can also apply.
