Job Summary

Solarrun is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Loan Executive to handle loan-related activities, assist customers with the loan application process, and coordinate with financial institutions and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries related to loan products and financing options.
Explain loan terms, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment procedures to customers.
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan applications and approvals.
Follow up on loan applications and maintain regular status updates.
Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of customer and loan-related information.
Assist customers throughout the loan application and approval process.
Coordinate with internal teams for document verification and processing.
Maintain proper records of loan applications and customer documents.




Follow up with customers for pending documents and requirements.
Achieve assigned monthly targets and business goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and loan-processing procedures.
Provide regular reports to the reporting manager.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in loans, banking, finance, sales, or a related field.
Good knowledge of loan processes and documentation.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Solid customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
