Role: Business Development Representative

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious SDR/BDR to build a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting. You will research target accounts, engage business and technology decision-makers, uncover business needs and generate qualified meetings for the sales team.

Requirements
0 3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, business development or a similar customer-facing role.
Fresh graduates with solid communication skills and a genuine interest in B2B sales are encouraged to apply.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
Solid research, organization and follow-up skills. Goal-oriented, persistent and comfortable handling rejection. SaaS, IT services, ERP or SAP exposure is a plus.
Experience with Zoho and HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Research target accounts, industries and decision-makers across North America




Build prospect lists aligned to our ideal customer profile and SAP landscape.
Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and phone.
Personalize messaging around SAP transformation, migration, optimization and managed-services challenges.
Conduct cold calls and discovery conversations with prospects.
Qualify prospects based on business need, fit, timing and buying potential.
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives / Sales leadership.
Maintain accurate activity, contact and opportunity information in the CRM.
Continuously test messaging, sequences and prospecting approaches.
