Responsibilities
Lead design and technical review processes for railway bridge projects, leveraging more than 10 years of qualified experience with at least 5 years of specialized expertise in railway bridge engineering
Conduct comprehensive structural analysis, validation, and assessment of bridge designs to ensure technical integrity and performance standards
Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, building codes, and best practices applicable to railway infrastructure
Mentor and guide junior engineers and design team members, fostering career development and technical excellence
Prepare detailed technical documentation, design specifications, and engineering reports for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, contractors, regulatory authorities, and clients throughout the design and review phases




Perform rigorous quality assurance reviews on all engineering deliverables and design outputs
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget considerations for design and review phases
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex engineering challenges, design conflicts, and technical issues
Stay current with emerging technologies, creative methodologies, and industry advancements in railway bridge engineering and design practices
