Supervise and manage day-to-day activities on assembly and production lines.
Monitor worker performance and provide guidance and support to team

members.
Ensure production targets and timelines are achieved efficiently.
Allocate work to operators and ensure smooth workflow on the production line.
Monitor the quality of electrical assembly and ensure products meet required

standards.
Identify production-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for

timely resolution.
Prepare and submit daily production reports, including output, challenges,

downtime, and progress, to the concerned authority.
Ensure all workers follow safety protocols, workplace procedures, and plant

guidelines.
Maintain discipline and proper coordination among production-line workers.
Assist in training and onboarding new workers whenever required.
Ensure proper handling and use of tools, equipment, and electrical components.
Coordinate with other departments to support smooth and timely production.

Requirements
ITI Electrical / Diploma Electrical / B.Tech Electrical qualification is mandatory.




2–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical component manufacturing,

assembly, or production.
Practical knowledge of electrical assembly and manufacturing processes.
Ability to supervise and effectively manage a team of workers.
Valuable understanding of production processes and workplace safety.
Ability to identify and resolve basic production and assembly-related issues.
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing

environment.
Experience in inverter, solar, or renewable energy manufacturing will be an

added advantage.
