About the Role

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Executive to reach out to potential clients, present our services, and convert interest into confirmed business. You will manage the client conversation from the first call to deal closure, and coordinate meetings with our CEO for high-value clients where required.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and generate leads through company-provided databases and referrals.
Understand client requirements and present suitable services, packages, and pricing.
Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations to convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain robust client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
Coordinate meetings with senior management for high-value clients when required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and deal status.
Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth client handover.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, lead-generation, and conversion targets.




Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or client servicing is preferred.

Requirements
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Robust communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Confident, qualified phone manner with the ability to build quick rapport.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined with follow-ups.
Prior experience in sales, tele-sales, or business development is preferred.
Basic familiarity with email, Zoom, and call/lead tracking tools.
