Required Technical Skills
Hands-on or working knowledge of Cisco CUCM and Cisco Unity Connection.
Understanding of SIP, VoIP, dial plans, call routing, PSTN connectivity, PRI, and SIP trunks.
Basic Cisco IOS CLI knowledge for gateway checks, troubleshooting, debugs, and log collection.
Experience with ServiceNow for incident, service request, and change management.
Ability to coordinate with telecom vendors and manage technical support cases.
Solid troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have
Exposure to Cisco UCCX, Expressway, and Cisco SME.
Experience with Microsoft Teams telephony or enterprise voice solutions.
Familiarity with IPC Unigy, trading turrets, or trading-floor telephony settings.
Basic knowledge of Cisco UCS and VMware ESXi.
Experience supporting voice platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
Cisco CCNA Collaboration or CCNP Collaboration certification.
Experience in financial services or banking environments.
