Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
Lead the Finance & Accounts function and ensure effective management of financial operations.
Establish financial policies, procedures, controls, and processes to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Monitor actual performance against budget and provide analysis of significant variances.
Develop financial models and analysis to support business decisions, investments, pricing, expansion, and cost management.




Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.

Accounting & Financial Reporting
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Review management accounts and financial reports before submission to senior management.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other qualified advisers.
