Role & responsibilities
1.Oracle Fusion HCM Functional consultant - Talent Management.
Configure and support Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules.
Work on Performance Management and Goal Management.
Configure performance documents, performance templates, and evaluation processes.
Manage goals, competencies, questionnaires, and employee evaluations.
Work on Talent Review and Succession Planning.
2.Oracle Fusion HCM Functional consultant - Compensation. (12 years- 18 years)
Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Compensation plans.
Work on Salary Basis, Individual Compensation, Workforce Compensation, and Compensation cycles.
Configure eligibility profiles, plan components, budgets, worksheets, and approval workflows.
Handle salary reviews, merit increases, bonuses, and incentive plans.
