Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Civil Engineer to join our team for ongoing civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with labour contractors, monitoring material consumption, and ensuring that construction work is carried out according to the required quality standards and project specifications.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain practical, in office experience and develop their technical knowledge in civil construction.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities and ensure timely execution of work.
Monitor labour productivity and coordinate with contractors and site supervisors.
Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship as per project specifications.
Assist in quantity estimation, measurements, and preparation of daily progress reports.
Monitor concrete work, reinforcement, shuttering,



and other civil construction activities.
Maintain records of material consumption, labour attendance, and site progress.
Coordinate with senior engineers, contractors, and other site personnel.
Identify site-related issues and assist in resolving technical problems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Freshers with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of civil construction activities and engineering drawings.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work on-site and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
