Role & Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and career options.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert leads into admissions.
Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain regular updates in CRM and manage the complete counselling process.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, enrolment, and admissions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1–5 years of experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, or Admissions Counselling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience handling leads and working with CRM tools will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in education/EdTech sales will be preferred.
