Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with 78 years of experience in RCC and finishing works for residential/commercial high-rise projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and ensuring timely project completion as per drawings and standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site execution activities including RCC, finishing, waterproofing, plaster, flooring, and MEP coordination.
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors for smooth site operations.
Monitor quality, safety, and material usage at site.
Prepare DPR, work progress reports, checklists, and maintain site documentation.




Conduct site inspections, snagging/desnagging, and handover activities.
Verify measurements, material requirements, and contractor billing.
Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure timely closure.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects.
Knowledge of drawings, BOQ, and site execution processes.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Ability to handle contractors and site teams independently.

Qualification
BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
