Job Role
Booking of customer receipt entries in SAP Or Tally with proper accounting accuracy.
Handling daily accounts receivable transactions and maintaining customer ledger records.
Performing customer account reconciliation and resolving outstanding balance differences.
Preparation and completion of 26AS reconciliation with books of accounts.
Verification of TDS deductions and ensuring correct accounting treatment of TDS receivable entries.
Understanding applicability of TDS provisions on customer payments and deductions.
Maintaining proper documentation and records for receipt entries and reconciliations.
Supporting month-end closing activities and audit requirements.
