Experience: 02 - 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Understand students career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Explain course details, fees, batches, training process, and placement support.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain daily enquiry and admission records.
Coordinate with trainers and the operations team regarding batch schedules and student joining.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain good relationships with students and provide timely support throughout the admission process.

Required Skills:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Robust follow-up and counselling abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle students professionally.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate with valuable communication skills.
