Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to troubleshoot software/technical issues and provide effective support to clients through phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and resolve basic software/technical issues.
Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
Troubleshoot issues through phone, email, chat, and remote support.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant technical team.
Maintain proper records of customer issues and resolutions.
Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved.

Requirements:
Graduate in BCA, B.Sc. IT, BA, or related field.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
Valuable customer handling and multitasking skills.
