About the Company

Anantya Technologies LLC is looking for a Growth Intern to help expand awareness, engagement, and acquisition for the gonexx website. This three-month, full time internship is based in Delhi and follows a five-day work-from-office schedule. Depending on performance and business needs, the internship may lead to a pre-placement offer or an extension.

Responsibilities
Support experiments across digital channels to improve audience reach and user acquisition.
Research customer segments, competitors, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Help plan and execute campaigns, partnerships, outreach, and community initiatives.
Track campaign performance and prepare transparent reports using relevant metrics.
Work with marketing, content,



and product stakeholders to test ideas and improve conversion.

Requirements
Interest in growth marketing, digital platforms, customer acquisition, and experimentation.
Robust communication, organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Comfort with spreadsheets, research, and interpreting basic campaign data is helpful.
Ability to work from the Delhi office five days a week for the three-month internship.

The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹8,000–₹12,000. High-performing interns may be considered for a PPO or internship extension.
