Job Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads into successful property sales.
Handle client enquiries and understand their property requirements.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Follow up with prospective clients and build strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales/CRM records.
Develop strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Candidate Requirements
Prior experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.




Excellent convincing and client-handling abilities.
Willingness to work on-site and travel for client meetings/site visits.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
