Job Responsibilities
Perform functional testing of Cards applications and customer onboarding journeys.
Validate end-to-end card lifecycle processes including card issuance, activation, usage, renewal, blocking, and closure.
Test authorization, clearing, and settlement processes.
Verify integrations with Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and Amex networks.
Validate chargeback, dispute, fraud check, and risk rule workflows.
Create and execute test cases, track defects, and support SIT/UAT activities.
Collaborate with business, development, and stakeholder teams to ensure quality delivery.
Work in an Agile workplace and meet project timelines.
Preferred
Robust Banking & Cards domain knowledge.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
