Role & responsibilities :
Design and manage Compensation & Advantages structures, salary revisions, bonus plans, insurance, and employee advantages.
Conduct salary benchmarking, market surveys, and job evaluation to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Manage compensation budgeting, payroll coordination, and perks administration.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs.
Drive HR digitisation and improve HR processes through technology.
Design and manage performance management systems, goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
Link performance outcomes with salary increments, bonuses, and promotions.
Train managers and employees on performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback.
Analyse performance data and prepare HR MIS reports and management dashboards.
