Role Summary

The Head of Supply Chain will lead end-to-end supply chainoperations for a semiconductor distribution business, ensuring optimalinventory availability, supplier alignment, and customer fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and execution for semiconductor distribution operations.
Develop demand forecasts and planning strategies to manage volatile market conditions.
Manage product allocation, order backlogs, and customer priorities during supply constraints.
Optimize inventory levels while balancing product availability, excess stock, and working capital requirements.
Build and maintain solid relationships with semiconductor manufacturers, suppliers, and channel partners.
Make commercial decisions by balancing profit margins, customer service levels, and supply availability.




Monitor supplier performance, lead times, delivery schedules, and procurement risks.
Collaborate with sales, procurement, finance, and operations teams to align supply with business demand.
Drive improvements in inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency.
Leverage ERP systems and supply chain analytics to improve planning, reporting, and decision-making.
