Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP CRM processes.
Configure and implement SAP CRM modules including:
Account & Contact Management
Chance Management
Activity Management
Service Management
Sales & Marketing Processes
Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide functional solutions.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (RICEF objects).
Coordinate with technical, integration, and testing teams.
Support integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC/S4HANA systems.
Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
Create and maintain project documentation.
