Role & responsibilities
Will be a SPOC for all live development projects
Daily check and coordination with team for BAU (Business as usual) for all projects
First level troubleshooting for production, provide findings to relevant team for their appropriate action, training will be provided
Daily review of logs & share findings to team
Data / Report sharing with stakeholders as and when required
Co-ordination with Bank / internal teams / aggregators / card schemes whenever required
Part of Technical Operations Team, Fresher graduates are also preferred
Manage E-commerce support team members and roster management
Liaising and reporting to seniors with all daily and monthly activities

Preferred candidate profile
Candidate must be a B.Tech/B.E/BCA/BSc (any discipline)/Graduation is must.
Valuable analysis & troubleshooting skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Excellent ability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts
Strong communications skills
Positive documentation skills
Should be from the Western side(Churchgate to Virar)
