About the Internship:
Perform authorized security scans on APIs, web endpoints, and exposed services for the gaming platform, and validate findings before reporting them.
Conduct network vulnerability scans across approved datacenter, server, and infrastructure assets, and assist in identifying misconfigurations or exposed services.
Assess Windows-based virtual machines in approved settings for missing patches, insecure configurations, privilege issues, and known vulnerabilities.
Support remediation by coordinating patch verification, hardening checks, rescans, and closure tracking for identified issues.
Prepare explicit reports on vulnerabilities, risk severity, affected assets, and recommended fixes for the engineering and infrastructure teams.
Work with senior team members on controlled security validation and vulnerability assessment activities within defined scope and authorization.




Research emerging threats relevant to APIs, Windows systems, servers, and gaming infrastructure, and help improve the overall security posture.

Other Requirements:
Solid interest in infrastructure security, network scanning, API security testing, and Windows VM hardening.
Ability to document findings clearly and communicate with technical teams.
Basic scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, or Bash is a plus.
Understanding of ethical hacking boundaries, responsible disclosure, and working only within approved scope is highly preferred.
Prior hands-on practice through labs, CTFs, home projects, or academic projects in cybersecurity will be an advantage.
