Front Desk Sales Executive

About the role
The client is a fitness studio in Juhu, Mumbai, offering gym and pilates services. We're looking for a front desk skilled with a sales mindset to be the first face of the studio: welcoming members, handling the desk, and converting enquiries into memberships.

Responsibilities
Manage the front desk and welcome members and walk-ins
Understand client needs and explain gym and pilates offerings
Follow up with leads and drive conversions
Support basic sales conversations, trials and renewals
Keep client interactions warm, skilled and consistent

Requirements
Front desk plus sales experience in a service setting (gym, fitness, spa, wellness, salon, beauty, hotel or hospitality)
Telesales candidates considered if they are confident with face-to-face interactions
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, confident and client-friendly
Comfortable with lead follow-ups and sales conversations

Not a fit: pure customer service profiles without sales experience, or purely corporate front desk backgrounds.

Details
Location: Juhu, Mumbai
Timings: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Sunday off)
