About Corporate Administrative Department
Corporate Administrative Department manages the entire life cycle of the Wholesale Banking customers, it also caters to the various other requirement of non-retail borrowed accounts under Wholesale banking. The department is responsible for smooth functioning of all the Commercial Banking Operations units and ensure utmost customer (internal & external) satisfaction. They are also responsible for ensuring timely delivery, monitoring the health of the credit portfolio, prompt reporting of irregularities/ adversities noticed and co-ordination in recovery/ legal proceedings
About the Role
The CAD - Zonal Head manages the team of Team Member and Team Leader. He is responsible for handling the entire credit delivery and credit monitoring for CBG, WBCG, Bharat Banking, SCF Wheels and WBP (Factoring and reverse Factoring) customers at MWBC/WBSU/WBC Units. The official also acts as an interface between the bank and the client and is actively involved in Customer service also. The center of all client engagements will be to ensure efficient credit delivery and superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance, conduct and scrutiny of following pre-disbursement activities:

- Compliance of KYC Guidelines and obtains AOF

- Scrutiny of TSR & Valuation





- Finalization of draft documents as per extant Bank Guidelines

- Arranging the Execution of Documents by Borrowers/ Guarantors/ Mortgagors by ensuring its correctness

- Creation/Perfection of Security

- Compliance of pre-disbursement covenants

Post execution of documents ensures

- Providing documentation certificate and KYC confirmation to CLOP Team for activation of limit nodes and opening of accounts

- Proper account opening, limit node verification and correctness of ROI.

- Filing of Charge with Registering Authorities viz., ROC, CERSAI, SRO, etc.

- Conduct of search post filing of charge, obtaining reports for records

- Recovery of fees as stipulated in sanction/ Bank's schedule of charges & ensure Nil Income Leakage

- Creation/ updation of collaterals and required fields in Finacle

- Updation of PSC web-page wherever creation of security is pending

- Scanning & uploading of documents in CBO Repository

- Preparation of Disbursement notes and disbursement of facilities.

- Accord credit approval for Trade Finance transactions

Handle various audits and arrange for compliance of adverse observation

Responsible for the Conduct legal/Re legal audit

Ensure TAT Maintenance and adherence to SLA





Coordination with Law dept for any modifications in standard T&C; including Coverage RM / WBO RM

Sharing draft Pari Passu Letter/NOC to other member banks whereever applicable.

Analysis of Disbursement TAT(Daily LOS MIS/Weekly TAT/Weekly SPD Analysis)

Qualifications

- Graduate/Post- Graduation from a recognized institute
- 15-20 years in a relevant role
