URGENT OPENING – FMCG COMPANY !!!
Position: Area Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in FMCG – General Trade (GT) Sales
Salary: 6 LPA – 7 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit around 40 retail outlets daily as per the assigned journey plan
* Lead, train and monitor Distributor Salesman (DSM) performance
* Achieve minimum average 20 Bill Cuts (BC) and 15 Line Cuts (LC)
* Ensure effective merchandising, FIFO and minimum product damages (<2%)
* Achieve budgeted secondary sales targets and drive DMS
* Ensure proper stock availability and fulfilment at distributor points
* Maintain approximately 10 days of stock for all SKUs as per stock norms
