Minimum Qualification Requirements – Fire & Safety Training Instructor

Educational Qualification:

- Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or Degree in Fire & Safety, Fire Engineering, Industrial Safety or a relevant discipline preferred.
- Recognised Fire & Safety training certification is desirable.

Experience:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fire prevention, firefighting, industrial safety, emergency response or fire & safety training.
- Candidates with practical firefighting experience and relevant professional certification may be preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

- Basic firefighting techniques and use of fire extinguishers.
- Fire prevention, fire detection and alarm systems.
- Emergency evacuation, rescue procedures and assembly-point management.
- First aid, basic emergency response and incident reporting.
- Fire safety equipment inspection and safe handling.
- Practical demonstration of firefighting and emergency procedures.

Communication and Training Skills:





- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to conduct classroom sessions, practical demonstrations and safety drills.
- Ability to maintain attendance, training records and assessment reports.

Preferred Candidates:

- Former fire service personnel, industrial fire & safety officers, airport fire service personnel or experienced Fire & Safety instructors.
- Candidates holding relevant recognised firefighting or Fire & Safety qualifications.

Employment Type: Full-time / Part time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
