They greet customers, diagnose concerns, create repair orders, relay technical information mechanics, manage cost and time estimates, and handle final vehicle delivery
- Customer Intake: Greet clients, listen to vehicle issues, and document symptoms on a formal repair order.
- Liaison: Translate complex mechanic and engineering jargon into explicit, simple terms for the customer, and pass customer requests back to the shop floor.
- Estimates & Scheduling: Prepare cost and time quotes for labor and parts, schedule appointments, and coordinate the daily workflow with technicians.
- Updates & Upselling: Keep customers informed during the repair process and recommend scheduled maintenance, warranty work, or extra safety services.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
