Warevolt is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in our 3PL warehousing and fulfilment facility. The candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound operations, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, dispatch, warehouse manpower and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise inbound & outbound operations
- Manage picking, packing, staging & dispatch
- Ensure on-time and accurate order fulfilment
- Manage inventory, cycle counts & stock reconciliation
- Operate and maintain WMS transactions
- Supervise warehouse staff and manpower
- Coordinate returns/reverse logistics
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Operations & transporters
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS or warehouse reports

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Diploma/Certificate in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
- WMS/Inventory Management knowledge is mandatory
- Good inventory management and team-handling skills
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
