Job Description

Aanya Real Estate is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage construction site inventory, material receipts, storage, and issuance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily construction site store operations.
- Check material quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and GRNs.
- Issue materials to site engineers as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team.
- Conduct physical stock verification and prepare stock reports.
- Ensure proper storage and prevent material damage or wastage.

Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in store management, preferably in construction or real estate.
- Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
- Basic MS Excel and stock record-keeping skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
