- Team Management & Performance Monitoring Lead, motivate, and monitor Medical Representatives (MRs), ensuring field productivity, target achievement, and effective implementation of sales strategies
- Doctor Coverage & Customer Relationship Management Ensure effective doctor coverage, strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, and improve prescription generation through scientific product detailing.
- Market Development & Business Expansion Identify new business opportunities, expand chemist and stockist networks, improve product availability, and strengthen the company's presence in the assigned territory.
- Reporting, Analysis & Compliance Monitor sales performance, analyze territory-wise business trends, submit timely reports, and ensure adherence to company policies, ethical promotional practices, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
