Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their needs.
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide a excellent shopping experience.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Promote products through upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Support billing, stock replenishment, and daily store operations.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Work with the team to achieve store sales targets.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or branded products.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Candidate Background

Retail Sales, Sales Associate, Sales Executive, Fashion Consultant, Customer Service Executive, Store Sales Staff, Brand Promoter, and Customer Relationship Executive.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
