Job Summary

We are seeking a service-oriented, qualified, and well-groomed Senior Associate – F&B; Service to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will assist in daily restaurant operations, deliver excellent guest service, maintain service quality standards, and support the Captain and F&B; Supervisors in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sound knowledge of food and beverage service, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests.
- Assist in the opening, closing, and daily operations of the restaurant or assigned outlet.
- Ensure proper restaurant setup, table arrangements, and mise-en-place before service.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating, present menus, and explain menu items and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure correct orders and smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in the restaurant and service areas.
- Replenish service stations, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other operating supplies.
- Handle guest requests and resolve routine service concerns professionally.
- Assist in suggestive selling and upselling of food, beverages, and promotional offers.
- Follow food safety guidelines, hotel SOPs, and departmental service standards.
- Support the Captain and Supervisor in briefing team members and coordinating service activities.
- Report guest feedback,



maintenance issues, breakages, and operational concerns to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper billing procedures and coordinate with the cashier when required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, preferably in a hotel, resort, or restaurant.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service techniques and menu presentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Guest-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Basic computer knowledge; experience with POS systems is an advantage.
- Well-groomed, punctual, disciplined, and professional.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
