Roles & Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through outbound calls, inbound enquiries, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Counsel students regarding online and distance-learning courses, eligibility criteria, fees, duration, and admission procedures.
- Explain the advantages of online education and help students select suitable courses based on their qualifications and career goals.
- Generate admissions by regularly following up with interested candidates.
- Assist students with the online application process and document submission.
- Provide accurate information about universities, course structures, examinations, and available payment options.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-up details, and admission reports in the CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and conversion goals.
- Coordinate with the admission and documentation teams to ensure smooth enrolment.
- Maintain professional communication and provide timely support to students.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
