Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused, well-groomed, and experienced F&B; Service Captain to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily restaurant service operations, coordinating with service staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food service, hygiene, and hospitality.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily food and beverage service operations in the restaurant or assigned outlet.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate service associates to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, daily specials, and beverage options to guests.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate orders and timely food delivery.
- Handle guest complaints, special requests, and service issues professionally.
- Ensure proper restaurant setup, table arrangements, mise-en-place, and closing procedures.
- Monitor service quality, staff grooming, personal hygiene, and adherence to service standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hotel standard operating procedures.
- Assist with staff briefings, duty allocation, and on-the-job training.
- Monitor table turnover, guest feedback, and overall service efficiency.
- Maintain records of requisitions, breakages,



and other operational reports as required.
- Coordinate with the stewarding, kitchen, and other departments for seamless operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in F&B; Service, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or resort.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior F&B; Associate is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service standards, menu knowledge, and service etiquette.
- Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge; POS system experience preferred.
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
