Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain programme structures, academic pathways, and admission procedures.
- Maintain student enquiry databases, follow-up records, and daily reports.
- Achieve admission targets and contribute to student enrolment growth.




- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant counselling or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage follow-ups, meet targets, and build relationships with students and parents.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Salary : As per experience and interview performance.
