We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and student-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students regarding available courses, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling students and parents, following up on leads, and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from prospective students and parents.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ interests, educational backgrounds, and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.




- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions by providing effective counselling.
- Assist students with application forms, document verification, and admission formalities.
- Maintain student enquiry records, follow-up details, and admission status in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the academic, marketing, and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- Maintain skilled relationships with students and parents and provide timely responses to their queries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹735,000.00 per month
