- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Make and receive high-volume phone calls (sometimes via auto-dialers) to inform debtors about past-due accounts. [1, 2, 3]
- Payment Negotiation: Negotiate partial payments, full settlements, or structured installment payment plans. [1, 2, 3]
- Skip Tracing: Research and locate debtors who have changed phone numbers or addresses using public databases and tracking software. [1, 2, 3]
- Dispute Resolution: Handle billing questions, investigate account errors, and resolve customer grievances
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
