Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead and expand sales operations in the FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, and personal care industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, distributor management, and business development, with a proven ability to achieve revenue targets and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market expansion targets.

* Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve business objectives.

* Identify new business opportunities, markets, distributors, and channel partners.

* Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts.

* Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

* Drive product visibility, market penetration, and distribution network expansion.

* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.

* Ensure effective territory planning, sales tracking,



and target achievement.

* Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to support business growth.

* Review sales team performance and implement improvement strategies wherever required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* 5–10 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, or personal care.

* Proven experience in sales leadership, team management, and business development.

* Strong understanding of distributor and dealer networks, retail sales, and channel management.

* Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.

* Strong knowledge of the Indore market and regional distribution channels will be an advantage.
