Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Modeling: Produce accurate 2D working drawings, furniture layouts, false ceiling plans, and elevations using AutoCAD.
- 3D Visualization: Build 3D models and renders in software like SketchUp ,Enscape or D5 Render for client presentations.
- Material Sourcing: Research and compile physical and digital mood boards, material palettes, fabric samples, and FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specifications.
- Site Support: Assist with as-built site measurements, survey documentation, and periodic site visits to check alignment with design intent.
- Vendor & Team Coordination: Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to gather quotes, source samples, and track delivery schedules.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
