Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Service Advisor to join our automobile LCV vehicle service centre. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding vehicle service requirements, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards and record customer complaints accurately.
- Coordinate with service technicians for vehicle inspection, repairs, and maintenance.
- Explain repair requirements, service estimates, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding service progress and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer records and service history.




- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify additional service requirements and generate service revenue.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related concerns professionally.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobile servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ability to coordinate with technicians and manage service schedules.
- Customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Experience in an automobile workshop or commercial vehicle service centre is preferred.

Eligibility

- Relevant experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
- Candidates with automobile service or workshop experience may apply.
- Experience with LCV or commercial vehicle servicing will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
- Additional performance-based incentives.
