Responsibilities — Trainee Collection Officer

- Contact customers regarding overdue payments and discuss repayment plans.
- Maintain records of collection activity and customer interactions.
- Follow up on payment commitments.
- Escalate complex cases to senior management.
- Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and support collection strategies.
- Follow regulatory standards and company policies.
- Submit regular reports on collections and outstanding dues.

Responsibilities — Relationship Officer, Sales

- Promote and sell financial products and services.
- Build relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify business opportunities and work toward sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding.
- Report sales activity, pipeline and market trends.

Monthly fuel allowance and also attractive performance incentives; details to be shared during the interview.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
