Job Summary

To assess and support children with developmental, learning, behavioural, and special educational needs through individualized intervention plans and structured educational activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assess children's developmental, cognitive, learning, and adaptive skills.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each child's needs.
- Provide structured interventions for children with developmental delays, autism, learning disabilities, and other special needs.
- Monitor progress and maintain individual assessment records, session notes, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with speech therapists, behaviour therapists, psychologists, parents, and other healthcare professionals.
- Guide parents and caregivers on home-based learning activities and developmental support.
- Promote communication, social interaction, independence, and daily living skills.
- Maintain confidentiality, follow hospital protocols, and ensure child safety at all times.




- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and periodic progress reviews.
- Perform other relevant duties assigned by the Centre Head or Hospital Management.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, preferably with RCI-recognized qualifications and valid registration, wherever applicable.
- Relevant experience in child development, autism, developmental delays, or special needs education is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
