Loom Crafts is hiring two experienced Storekeepers to manage material receipts, storage, issues and inventory records.
Responsibilities
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Record receipts, issues, returns and stock movements in Tally.
- Maintain organised storage, material identification and bin locations.
- Issue materials against authorised requirements.
- Conduct physical stock counts, reconcile differences and report discrepancies.
- Report shortages, damaged materials and slow-moving stock.
- Coordinate with purchase,
production and accounts to maintain accurate inventory records.
Requirements
- Preferably 3+ years of manufacturing stores or inventory management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Tally inventory and working knowledge of Excel.
- Familiarity with stores documentation and physical stock reconciliation.
- Strong accuracy, organisation and material-control skills.
- Furniture or prefab manufacturing experience preferred.
