Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, organised, and customer-focused skilled for the position of Sales Executive & Front Desk Coordinator at a premium fitness and wellness studio in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle sales enquiries and front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales enquiries and convert prospective clients into memberships.
- Explain membership plans, follow up with leads, and support sales targets.
- Manage front desk activities, including reception, bookings, check-ins, and scheduling.
- Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in clients professionally.
- Coordinate with fitness instructors to ensure smooth daily studio operations.
- Maintain organised records and perform basic administrative tasks.




- Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all clients.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, reception, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work across both studio branches in Jaipur as required.
