### Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with Workato.

- Knowledge of EDI.

- Hands-on experience with Orderful.

- SAP exposure is mandatory.

- 70% development role and 30% support role.

### Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Workato recipes, workflows, and integrations for inbound and outbound business transactions.

- Work with API-based integrations (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML, CSV, IDOC, and other structured/unstructured data formats.

- Perform data mapping, transformation, and orchestration using Workato, including integration with SAP IDOCs and retail business transactions.

- Design and implement end-to-end integration workflows between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and B2B partners.

- Troubleshoot integration failures, recipe errors, API issues, and data processing exceptions,



including root cause analysis and issue resolution.

- Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for enterprise integrations, automation workflows, and B2B transaction processes.

- Work with Workato connectors, custom connectors, APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.

- Monitor integration performance, create operational reports, and ensure data accuracy and process reliability.

- Support SAP, ERP, CRM, retail, and supply chain systems integration using Workato.

- Follow integration best practices for error handling, security, governance, and reusable component development.
